SHEOAK FALLS IS FOUND ALONG THE GREAT OCEAN ROAD JUST A FEW KILOMETRES OUTSIDE LORNE TOWARDS APOLLO BAY. The walk, which begins from the mouth of the Sheoak River or from the carpark is well signposted. The falls are 15 minute walk from the road with the track climbing to a boardwalk complete with a seat to enjoy the brilliant ocean views.

The Sheoak Falls Walk weaves its way from the coastal woodland at the mouth of the Sheoak Creek and through wet forest to the hidden cascades of Sheoak Falls. Sheoak Falls are located only a few Kilometres out of Lorne heading southwest towards Wye River. Look for the sign posted turnoff on the right hand side. It is only a 10 minute quick walk from the carpark. The falls are nothing spectacular, but always worth a view and a walk to stretch your legs.

Park your car and picnic at the Great Otway's waterfall central. Just a few kilometres out the back of Lorne and north of the Great Ocean Road, but deep in the Otway's forest is Sheoak Picnic Area. Walk in most directions to find waterfalls, with trails ranging from 1.5-4.5 kms each way or you can even take a circuit walk to visit a whole.

Sheoak Falls is a good place to stretch your legs when driving along the Great Ocean Road or if you're warming up for a day ahead of exploring the many waterfalls in the area. At just 15 metres tall, Sheoak Falls isn't a giant but it's normally flowing well and still pretty stunning because of the whole area and experience of getting.
